02Services

Ten treatments.
One set of hands.

Dr. Wiggers and Audrey Arbuckle, BCMT, combine adjustment, soft-tissue, massage, and rehab into a single integrated plan — so you stop chasing specialists and start getting better.

01 / 10 Signature

Chiropractic
Adjustment

Spinal manipulation and joint mobilization for back pain, neck pain, headaches, TMJ, sciatica, and shoulder/hip pain. Hands-on technique tailored to each patient — no 'gadget-based' chiropractic.

02 / 10 Soft Tissue

Active Release
Techniques

Soft-tissue treatment for muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. Resolves adhesions from overuse and cumulative trauma — restoring movement and circulation.

03 / 10 Spinal Decompression

Flexion /
Distraction

Specialized technique for disc protrusion and certain disc herniations. Gently stretches low-back musculature and counteracts daily spinal compression.

04 / 10 Prenatal

Pregnancy
Chiropractic

Gentle, safe, non-invasive care for the pregnant patient. Specialized tables and techniques for joint laxity, lumbar curve, and pelvic positioning — every trimester.

05 / 10 Sports

Performance
Care

ART + chiropractic to remove scar tissue, free fixed joints, and restore flexibility. Treats plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinitis, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, and chronic overuse injuries.

06 / 10 With Audrey

Massage
Therapy

Integrative Massage Therapy with Audrey Arbuckle, BCMT — board-certified since 2007. Specialty in myofascial pain, limited range of motion, and fascial restriction. Goal: five sessions or fewer.

07 / 10 Footwear

Custom Orthotics
& Gait Analysis

In-office dynamic foot scan with immediate analysis. Treadmill gait evaluation. Custom-fitted orthotics for low-back and lower-extremity issues.

08 / 10 Modalities

Physiotherapy

Therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS/TENS), heat and ice therapy, and traction tables — used to complement adjustments and accelerate recovery.

09 / 10 Home Program

Corrective
Exercise

Custom 'blueprint' exercises designed for each patient's case. Performed at home to strengthen weak structures and improve treatment effectiveness by 30–40%.

10 / 10 Movement Support

Kinesio
Taping

Therapeutic elastic taping that supports muscles, improves circulation, and corrects joint mechanics — without restricting range of motion the way athletic tape does.

“I have been suffering with horrible Plantar Fascia pain for approximately 2 years, had bilateral partial release surgery and a trip to Canada for ESWT — nothing helped. As a result of Dr. Wiggers my feet are really getting better and I'm wearing an orthotic that was meticulously fitted for my problem.”

“I had a traumatic fall last year. Countless injections, physical therapy, pain meds, TENS — nothing worked with other specialists. Dr Wiggers' approach and bedside manner is gentle and honest. Most doctors you're a number — not with Dr. Wiggers, you are a patient.”

“We moved down from Wisconsin and were looking for a 'family friendly' chiropractor — we have 4 small children. We have been so satisfied with the care we receive and are very pleased with how child-friendly the staff is. We no longer feel that we're just a number.”

“I have suffered from lower back pain for over 5 years — progressing to serious sciatic pain. Doctors, MRIs, and physical therapy brought no real relief. My experience with Dr. Wiggers has been completely different. He is not just going for a quick fix, but a long term solution.”

“I went to Dr. Wiggers after a neck injury from carrying my 20 lb baby around in my baby Bjorn. I could NOT move my neck the next day. He is GREAT! My husband and I have both been to him and both of us were skeptical of chiropractors before our visits. Highly recommend.”
